1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, downloading the app, or using discipline24.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service. Together with the privacy policy, they form the whole agreement between you and AI Dribblers (“we”, “us”).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent where you live, whichever is higher. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information when registering, and keep your email address current — it is how we verify your identity for password resets and deletion requests.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
- One person, one account. Do not share an account or transfer it to someone else.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break any applicable law, or infringe anyone else's rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other users' accounts, or the systems behind them.
- Probe, scan, overload, or otherwise interfere with the service or its infrastructure — including automated scraping at a rate that degrades it for other people.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app except where the law allows it.
- Upload content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, or that impersonates another person.
- Use the service to send unsolicited messages or advertising.
5. Your content
Your disciplines, completions, check-ins, profile details and anything else you enter remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service — to store, process, back up and display that content back to you and, where a feature requires it (for example, your display name and progress within a shared challenge), to other participants.
You are responsible for the content you upload, including having the right to use any profile photo you supply.
Comments are public. When you comment on an article, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display it on the site, alongside your display name and profile photo, for as long as it remains published. You can delete your own comments at any time.
Keep comments on topic and in good faith. We may remove any comment, or stop an account from commenting, that:
- is spam, advertising, or posted mainly to place links;
- harasses, threatens or demeans anyone, or attacks people for who they are;
- shares someone's personal information without their consent;
- impersonates another person, or is unlawful or infringes someone's rights;
- gives dangerous medical, financial or safety advice as if it were fact.
To limit abuse, comments are rate-limited, and links may be switched off entirely — while they are, a comment containing a web address cannot be posted. When links are allowed they are capped per comment, and brand-new accounts cannot post them during their first day. Anyone can report a comment; a person reviews every report.
6. Our content
The Discipline 24 name, logo, app, website, written articles and design are owned by AI Dribblers and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, republish or create derivative works from them without written permission. Quoting a short extract of an article with a link back is fine and welcome.
7. Availability and changes to the service
We aim to keep the service running, but it is provided without any uptime guarantee. We may add, change, suspend or withdraw features at any time. Where a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, we will give reasonable notice if we can.
8. Advertising
The service is free and supported by advertising. You agree that we may display ads within the app and on parts of this website. We do not control the content of third-party ads and are not responsible for products or services they promote.
9. Not medical, financial or professional advice
Discipline 24 is a habit-tracking tool. Its content — including challenges about fasting, fitness, diet and saving money — is general information, not medical, nutritional or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting a fasting regime, a new exercise programme, or any significant dietary change, particularly if you have an existing health condition, are pregnant, or take medication.
10. Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time from the deletion page or inside the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, or where we are required to by law. On termination, the rights granted to you here end immediately.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own record of anything you cannot afford to lose.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Dribblers is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version, and material changes will be signposted in the app or on the site. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at AI Dribblers's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in this clause deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
