No support ticket, no waiting. Choose what to remove, confirm through the emailed link, and it is done.

We send the confirmation link here. It must be the address on the account.

This cannot be undone

Deleted disciplines, completions and streak history are removed permanently. There is no recovery window and no backup we can restore from on request.

Why the email step?

So nobody else can delete your data by typing your address into this form. Only someone who can open your inbox can confirm the request, and the link expires after an hour.

Signed in on your phone?

You can do the same from the app: Profile → Account → Delete account.
