About

A tracker whose only job is to be honest

Discipline 24 is built by AI Dribblers. It exists because most habit apps are optimised to make you feel good about using them, which is not the same as helping you change.

Why this exists

Every habit tracker starts the same way: a clean list, a satisfying tick, a number going up. The difference shows up in week three, when you miss a day. That is the moment the product reveals what it is really optimising for.

A lot of apps quietly protect you from the miss. Streak freezes, grace periods, a paid restore, a “you were so close!” message that rounds 5 days up to a week. It feels kind. It is also the moment the number stops meaning anything — and once your streak is a score you can top up, it can no longer tell you whether you are actually building the habit.

Discipline 24 takes the other side of that trade. If you miss a day, the streak resets and the month grid shows the gap in red, next to all the days you did turn up. It is a worse feeling and a far more useful one, because a pattern you can see is a pattern you can fix.

What we will not build

  • Paid streak repair. A streak you can buy back measures your willingness to pay, not your consistency.
  • A limit on how many disciplines you can track. Capping the free tier at three habits would be an artificial constraint dressed up as a feature.
  • Ads in the check-in flow. An interstitial between you and a two-second daily action would cost more in abandoned habits than it could ever earn.
  • Selling your personal data. Your disciplines are a fairly intimate list. They are not inventory.

Who builds it

Discipline 24 is made by AI Dribblers, a small independent team. There is no growth department and no investor deck that needs engagement numbers to go up regardless of whether the product is working. That is mostly why the streak rules can stay strict.

Where it runs

The Android app works offline and syncs when you reconnect. This website gives you the same account in a browser, with a full dashboard for creating, editing, reordering and archiving disciplines and for ticking off today. The interface is translated into six languages, and Arabic is laid out properly right-to-left rather than left-to-right text in an Arabic font.
